Quality and environmental management
In keeping with our commitment to excellence in the development and production of electrical heating equipment, as well as to customer service and care, since 1999 we have been implementing and formally maintaining business management systems that comply with the quality requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and with the environmental management requirements of the ISO 14001 standard.
For 20 years, both management systems, certified and audited externally and recognised internationally, have supported ELNUR’s work and commitment to improving products and services in accordance with the requirements of our market. Below are the principles of our quality and environmental management policy which constitute the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets.
CONTROLLING THE QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE OF OUR PROCESSES
We subject our processes to rigorous control in order to ensure constant improvement in the quality and performance of the products that we supply to our customers, and to minimise wherever possible the environmental impact of our operations, both in our environment and in the environment in which our products are used.
HANDLING OF WASTE ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
We ensure that each appliance that we manufacture will, at the end of its useful life, be properly handled as waste electric and electronic equipment (WEEE), and we play an active role in the funding of a nationwide network of collective waste management systems.
CONTAINERS AND PRODUCT PACKAGING
We also participate in the funding of a nationwide network of collective container and packaging management, which ensures that our product packaging is properly recycled.
WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY
We monitor the health and safety of our employees closely by means of our annual health and safety plans. To this effect, we rely on the support and professional advice of external bodies with many years of experience at national level.
All concerned parties have various communication channels with ELNUR, S.A. at their disposal in case they request any additional information of interest, about our products, business policies, as well as the environmental performance of our activity.
