These general terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and Spanish courts and tribunals are deemed to have jurisdiction to hear any issues that may arise with regard to interpretation, application and compliance. Elnur and the Users herein agree to submit to Madrid (Spain) courts and tribunals to resolve any dispute that may arise due to accessing this website, and do expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
